  • Dada la rapidez en la construcción y el montaje, la construcción modular permite reducir significativamente los costos en comparación a un proyecto convencional.
  • Como la fabricación es en planta, el control de calidad y la especialización de los trabajadores es mayor al trabajo en terreno.
  • Las construcciones modulares son resistentes a los temblores y el fuego. Además, cuentan con mejor aislación térmica y acústica y no tienen problemas de humedad y quiebre.
  • La construcción modular genera menos impactos en terreno, desperdicios, costos de energía y contaminación acústica, del aire y del agua. The Tecno Fast Rental plant located in Chile has an annual production capacity of 36,000 m2.

 

Resulting in the monthly production of 83 modules and 996 modules per year with an average of 36 m2 each.

Lima Plant

Peru 2007

The Tecno Fast plant located in Peru has an annual production capacity of 86,400 m2, which translates into a production of 2,400 modules with a 36 m2 average each.

Plant Santiago

Chile 1995

The Tecno Fast Rental plant located in Chile has an annual production capacity of 36,000 m2.
