In mid-2020, in the midst of pandemic trade restrictions, Grupo Patio implemented a pilot contactless product delivery point in the parking lot of two of its strip centers in Santiago.

We set up two modules of 15 square meters each to store and manage products.

PickUp Patio

The pilot allowed close to 90,000 households in Peñalolén and Huechuraba to make their purchases without running the risk of becoming infected. At the same time, the 20 SMEs that were part of the program were able to continue with their business despite the limitations caused by the pandemic.
