Why Tecno Fast
Since 2018, we have an automated plant in Lampa, a unique facility in the region.
The factory promotes production efficiency, control over material costs, and on-site work planning.
Thanks to its cutting-edge technology, our clients can access modular solutions with the highest design and quality standards.

- Modular construction manages to optimize delivery times by 50% thanks to the in-line manufacturing process carried out at the plant.
- Given the speed of construction and assembly, modular construction allows for significantly reduced costs compared to a conventional project.
-
As manufacturing is done in the plant, quality control and worker specialization are higher than on-site work.
-
Modular constructions are resistant to earthquakes and fire. Additionally, they have better thermal and acoustic insulation and do not have humidity and cracking problems.
-
Modular construction generates less on-site impact, waste, energy costs, and acoustic, air, and water pollution. Furthermore, this type of construction uses certified wood, meaning each felled tree is replanted. Modular construction can be reused and recycled.
-
Modular construction can be located anywhere, can be relocated, and its square footage can be expanded or reduced.
